摘要
现阶段,数字档案室建设模式主要分为集中式数字档案室与独立式数字档案室,建设集中式数字档案室能够进一步补齐当前我国数字档案室建设工作存在的短板。通过对全国示范数字档案室建设实践进行调研,分析数字档案室建设现状,总结集中式数字档案室建设的优势与面临的挑战,并从制度体系、资源体系、建设思路、功能体系层面阐述了集中式数字档案室建设的对策。
Nowadays,the construction mode of digital archive room is mainly divided into centralized digital archive room and independent digital archive room,and the construction of centralized digital archive room can further make up for the short boards existing in the construction of digital archive room in China.Through researching the national model digital archive room construction practice,the study analyzes the current situation of digital archive room construction,summarizes the advantages and challenges of centralized digital archive room construction,and elaborates on the countermeasures of centralized digital archive room construction from the level of institutional system,resource system,construction ideas and functional system.
