数字化战略背景下我国体育文化数字化发展的新思考

摘要 推动体育文化数字化发展是文化数字化战略实施的重要内容,对全面建成社会主义现代化体育强国、推动中华优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展意义重大。研究运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,剖析体育文化数字化的内涵与表现,进而提出体育文化数字化发展的成效、困境与路径。研究认为:在政策持续升温,技术不断创新下,我国体育文化数字化发展成效显著,体育文化延伸出不同的数字形态,展现出强大的数字服务能力。但数字热引发体育文化数字化发展面临内涵理解不够深入、多方协同受阻、转型存在技术鸿沟、传播监管力度不足的困境。研究提出:跨越数字鸿沟,拓展体育文化元宇宙空间;协同多方联动,串联体育文化资源数据库;弥合技术鸿沟,强化体育文化内容本真性;完善监管体系,构建体育文化质量保障机制的路径。 Promoting the digital development of sports culture is an important part of the implementation of cultural digitalization strategy,which is of great significance to the comprehensive construction of a modern leading sports socialist country and the promotion of the creative transformation and innovative development of fine traditional Chinese culture.Using methods such as literature review and expert interviews,the study analyses the connotation and performance of the digitalization of sports culture,and then puts forward the effectiveness,difficulties and pathways for the digital development of sports culture.The study concludes that with the continuous warming of policies and technological innovation,the digital development of sports culture in China has achieved remarkable results,and sports culture has extended into different digital forms,showing a strong digital service capacity.However,the digital fever has triggered the digital development of sports culture to face the difficulties of insufficient understanding of connotation,obstruction of multi-party synergy,technological gap in transformation,and insufficient supervision of dissemination.It is therefore proposed to bridge the digital divide and expand the space of the meta-universe of sports culture,collaborate with multi-party linkage and connect the database of sports culture resources,bridge the technological divide and reinforce the authenticity of the contents of sports culture,as well as improve the regulatory system and construct the path of the quality guarantee mechanism of sports culture.
