泸州地区高尿酸血症和痛风患者健康教育及管理平台的构建及应用

Construction and application of health education and management platform for patients with hyperuricemia and gout in Luzhou area

目的探讨高尿酸血症(HUA)和痛风患者健康教育及管理平台的应用效果。方法选取在我院门诊及住院部治疗的HUA和痛风患者,随机将其分为管理组和对照组,其中HUA 50例(管理组退出3例,共22例;对照组退出4例,共21例),痛风90例(管理组退出1例,共44例;对照组退出3例,共42例)。管理组予以规范化的健康教育及管理,对照组在门诊接受常规诊疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗6个月后,HUA管理组的血尿酸(SUA)水平低于HUA对照组,SUA达标率高于HUA对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,痛风管理组的SUA水平低于痛风对照组,SUA达标率高于痛风对照组,痛风发作占比低于痛风对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月时,管理组的饮酒、饮水、饮食及用药依从性好的占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。HUA管理组未发现不良反应;痛风管理组出现轻度肝功能损害2例,胃部不适1例。结论HUA和痛风健康教育及管理平台有助于降低患者的SUA水平,提高SUA达标率,增强患者依从性,减少痛风发作情况。

Objective To explore the application effect of health education and management platform for patients with hyperuricemia(HUA)and gout.Methods The patients with HUA and gout who were treated in the outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into management group and control group.Among them,50 cases of HUA(the management group withdrew from 3 cases,a total of 22 cases;the control group withdrew from 4 cases,a total of 21 cases),90 cases of gout(the management group withdrew from 1 case,a total of 44 cases;the control group withdrew from 3 cases,a total of 42 cases).The management group was given standardized health education and management,and the control group received routine diagnosis and treatment in the outpatient department.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 months of treatment,the serum uric acid(SUA)level in the HUA management group was lower than that in the HUA control group,and the SUA compliance rate was higher than that in the HUA control group(P<0.05);after 6 months of treatment,the SUA level of the gout management group was lower than that of the gout control group,the SUA compliance rate was higher than that of the gout control group,and the proportion of gout attacks was lower than that of the gout control group(P<0.05).At 6 months of treatment,the proportion of good alcohol drinking,drinking water,diet and medication in the management group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were found in the HUA management group;there were 2 cases of mild liver function damage and 1 case of stomach discomfort in the gout management group.Conclusion HUA and gout health education and management platform can help reduce the level of SUA in patients,improve the compliance rate of SUA,enhance patients'compliance,and reduce gout attacks.
