润燥止痒胶囊联合炉甘石洗剂、加巴喷丁治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症的效果及对细胞因子的影响

Effect of Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with calamine lotion and gabapentin in the treatment of senile skin pruritus and its influences on cytokines

目的探讨润燥止痒胶囊联合炉甘石洗剂、加巴喷丁治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症的效果及对细胞因子的影响。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月收治的90例老年皮肤瘙痒症患者,将其随机分为对照组和联合组,各45例。对照组给予炉甘石洗剂+加巴喷丁治疗,联合组在对照组基础上加用润燥止痒胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,联合组的瘙痒面积、瘙痒频率及瘙痒持续时间评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的干细胞因子(SCF)和强啡肽(DYN)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生情况无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合炉甘石洗剂、加巴喷丁治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症患者的效果显著,可改善瘙痒程度,降低细胞因子水平,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with calamine lotion and gabapentin on senile skin pruritus and its influences on cytokines.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with skin pruritus admitted from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and combined group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calamine lotion+gabapentin,and the combined group was treated with Runzao Zhiyang capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of pruritus area,pruritus frequency and pruritus duration in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of stem cell factor(SCF)and dynorphin(DYN)in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 93.33%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with calamine lotion and gabapentin has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly patients with skin pruritus,it can improve the degree of pruritus,reduce the levels of cytokines,and has good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
