脉络舒通丸治疗急性期类风湿关节炎的效果及对炎症因子、临床症状与VAS评分的影响

Effect of Mailuo Shutong pills in the treatment of acute stage rheumatoid arthritis and its influences on inflammatory factors,clinical symptoms and VAS score

目的探讨脉络舒通丸治疗急性期类风湿关节炎的效果及对炎症因子、临床症状与视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2022年12月在山东第一医科大学第二附属医院诊治的86例急性期类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上加用脉络舒通丸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,治疗前、后的炎症因子[类风湿因子(RF)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平、临床症状及VAS评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的83.72%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的RF、CRP、IL-6、IL-17及TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的RF、CRP、IL-6、IL-17及TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的关节肿胀数、晨僵时间及VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的关节肿胀数少于对照组,晨僵时间短于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脉络舒通丸治疗急性期类风湿关节炎患者不仅能明显提高临床效果,还可显著降低炎症因子水平,改善临床症状,且能有效缓解疼痛程度,具有较好的临床应用前景。

Objective To explore the effect of Mailuo Shutong pills in the treatment of acute stage rheumatoid arthritis and its influences on inflammatory factors,clinical symptoms and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score.Methods A total of 86 patients with acute stage rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed and treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Mailuo Shutong pills on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,levels of inflammatory factors[rheumatoid factor(RF),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-17(IL-17)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],clinical symptoms and VAS scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 83.72%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of RF,CRP,IL-6,IL-17 and TNF-αbetween the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of RF,CRP,IL-6,IL-17 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the number of joint swelling,morning stiffness time and VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the number of joint swelling in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the morning stiffness time was shorter than that in the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mailuo Shutong Pills in the treatment of patients with acute stage rheumatoid arthritis can not only significantly enhance the clinical effect,but also significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve clinical symptoms,and effectively relieve pain,which has a good clinical application prospect.
