摘要
目的探讨中医适宜技术在甲流患儿中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2023年2月至3月西安某三甲医院儿科收治的100例甲流患儿为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为对照组与干预组,各50例。对照组给予奥司他韦抗病毒及常规对症治疗,干预组在此基础上联合中医适宜技术治疗。比较两组的退热疗效、呼吸系统、消化系统症状治疗效果、咽拭子转阴率、住院时间以及住院费用。结果干预组的退热时间短于对照组,24 h发热间隔时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组治疗3 d的咽痛、鼻塞治愈率及治疗5 d的咳嗽好转率均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗3 d的流涕治愈率无显著差异(P>0.05)。干预组的食欲下降、腹胀、腹泻、便秘好转率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的腹痛、呕吐好转率无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组治疗5、7 d的咽拭子转阴率无显著差异(P>0.05);干预组的住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医适宜技术在甲流患儿的治疗中取得了较好的效果,且越早干预效果越好。
Objective To explore the application effect of appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine in children with influenza A.Methods A total of 100 children with influenza A admitted in the pediatrics department of a third-grade class-A hospital in Xi'an from February to March 2023 were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method,and the children were divided into control group and intervention group according to the lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given oseltamivir antiviral and conventional symptomatic treatment,and the intervention group was treated with appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine on this basis.The antipyretic effect,treatment effect of respiratory system and digestive system symptoms,negative rate of throat swab,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost were compared between the two groups.Results The antipyretic time of the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group,and the 24 h fever interval was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate of sore throat and nasal obstruction at 3 d of treatment and the improvement rate of cough at 5 d of treatment in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the cure rate of runny nose between the two groups at 3 d of treatment(P>0.05).The improvement rates of loss of appetite,abdominal distension,diarrhea and constipation in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the improvement rate of abdominal pain and vomiting between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the negative conversion rate of throat swabs between the two groups at 5 and 7 d of treatment(P>0.05);the hospitalization time of the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good curative effect in the treatment of children with influenza A,and the earlier the intervention,the better the effect.
