“8”字型光缆卡盘拉伸后局部弯曲变形的原因分析

摘要 “8”字型自承式光缆在经过卡盘拉伸试验后,在出卡盘3m长范围内的光缆经常会出现不同程度的弯曲变形,变形光缆不仅影响客户感知,变形严重的甚至会影响光缆的施工和传输性能。本文通过大量的试验探究,发现“8”字型光缆吊线和光单元外径不一致的结构特点叠加卡盘拉伸的试验方式共同导致了光缆拉伸后发生局部变形。 After the figure-8 aerial fiber optic cable has undergone the tensile test with chuck,there often were different degrees of bending deformation on the optical cable within 3m next to the chuck.The deformed area not only affects the customer's perception,but also affects the construction and transmission performance of the cable if the deformation is serious.Through a large number of experiments and investigations,it was found that the structural characteristics of the figure-8 aerial fiber optic cable which suspension wire and the optical unit outer diameter are not consistent,and the tension method with chuck together leads to the deformation of the optical after stretching.
