摘要
全干式光缆早在上世纪九十年代就已开始商用化,2004年进入北美市场至今,全干式光缆已经占据北美光缆需求总量的99%,但是在国内市场,因产品价格、生产技术等因素一直未能得到推广应用。随着近几年的发展,原材料价格因素不再凸显,生产技术已经成熟,以及行业标准《YD/T 3350.1-2018通信用全干式室外光缆》的发布,全干式室外光缆已经适合国内新一代网络建设的需要。全干式室外光缆将得到广泛的应用,特别是在垂直布线、阻燃等领域,对比油膏填充式光缆,其拥有更明显的性能优势。但是全干式光缆对比传统的油膏填充式光缆在渗水方面尚有不足,尤其是在光缆内部进水冰冻后,对光纤传输性能是否会产生不利影响,业内相关的验证实验还少。为此,本文使用全干式光缆进行不同条件下的冰冻试验,验证光缆套管内进水冰冻后是否会对光纤衰减产生影响。
Full-dry optical cables have been commercialized as early as the 1990s.After entering the North American market in 2004,full-dry optical cables accounted for 99%of the total demand for North American optical cables.However,in the domestic market,due to factors such as product price and production technology,it has not been able to be promoted and applied.With the development in recent years,the raw material price factor is no longer prominent,the production technology has matured,and the release of"YD/T 3350,1-2018 Communication Dry-dry Outdoor Optical Cable",the dry-dry outdoor optical cable has become suitable for the need of a new generation of domestic network construction.The alldry outdoor optical cable will be widely used,especially in the performance of vertical wiring,flame retardant and other fields than the ointmentfilled performance.However,compared with the traditional ointment-filled optical cable,the fully dry optical cable is still insufficient in terms of water penetration.Especially after the water in the optical cable is frozen,whether it will adversely affect the transmission performance of the optical fiber,there are few related verification experiments in the industry.To this end,this article uses a completely dry optical cable to conduct freezing tests under different conditions to verify whether the water in the optical cable sleeve will affect the attenuation of the optical fiber after freezing.
