穴位按摩联合针刺对缺血性脑卒中患者肢体运动功能及生活质量的影响

Influence of acupoint massage combined with acupuncture on limb motor function and quality of life in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke

目的:观察穴位按摩联合针刺对缺血性脑卒中(CIS)患者肢体运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法:收集2020年9月至2022年9月收治的84例CIS患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组42例和观察组42例。对照组进行常规康复护理,观察组在常规护理基础上接受穴位按摩联合针刺干预,共1个月。采用简式Fugl-Meye量表(FMA)、改良巴氏指数(MBI)、脑卒中影响量表(SIS)评估两组干预前后的运动功能、自理能力和生活质量评分变化。结果:干预后,两组FMA、MBI评分有所升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组SIS各维度评分有所升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩联合针刺应用于CIS患者中,能够提高患者运动功能、自理能力,改善生活质量。

Objective:To observe influence of acupoint massage combined with acupuncture on limb motor function and quality of life in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS).Methods:Eighty-four CIS patients admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were collected and according to random number table method divided into a control group with 42 cases and an observation group with 42 cases.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and based on routine rehabilitation nursing,the observation group received acupoint massage combined with acupuncture intervention for 1 month.The changes of motor function and self-care ability and quality of life were evaluated with simple Fugl-Meye scale(FMA),modified Babbitt index(MBI),and stroke impact scale(SIS)between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the scores of FMA and MBI in two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,SIS scores of each dimension increased in the two groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage combined with acupuncture can improve the motor function,self-care ability and quality of life in the CIS patients.
