摘要
加强颠覆性科技创新是加快实现高水平科技自立自强的重要基础。在考虑不同政府研发补贴政策激励颠覆性科技创新路径差异的基础上,通过构建政府、科研院校与科创企业之间的三方演化博弈模型,探究各方主体对促进颠覆性科技创新成果产出的决策逻辑与路径机理,并利用Matlab 2021a进行仿真分析,研究发现政府后补贴、院校重转化、企业强研发的协同治理路径为推动颠覆性科技创新成果“问世”的最优解。
Strengthening disruptive scientific and technological innovation is an important foundation for accelerating the high-level scientific and technological self-reliance.Considering the differences in the paths of different government R&D subsidy policies to encourage disruptive scientific and technological innovation,by constructing a game model between the government,scientific research institutions and science and technology enterprises,the decision-making logic and path mechanism of all parties to promote the output of disruptive scientific and technological innovation achievements are discussed,and Matlab 2021a is used for simulation analysis,Finally,a collaborative governance path to promote disruptive scientific and technological innovation achievements is obtained.
