旅游发展导向下的小城镇品质提升探索——以重庆大足区珠溪镇为例

Exploration of Quality Improvement in Small Towns Guided by Tourism Development:A Case Study of Zhuxi Town,Dazu District,Chongqing

小城镇是连接城乡的桥梁纽带,是推动城乡融合发展的关键点。以往小城镇品质提升多聚焦空间环境综合整治,对内生发展动力关注较少。该文以重庆大足区珠溪镇为例,探索旅游发展导向下的小城镇品质提升路径:首先,深挖自身资源特色及发展优势,明确旅游发展定位;其次,从区域、镇域、镇区三个尺度出发,构建旅游空间体系;最后,结合场镇建设现存问题,将旅游属性融入物质空间提升中,形成可实施落地的建设项目清单。

Small towns serve as bridges connecting urban and rural areas and are crucial for promoting integrated urban-rural development.Previous efforts to enhance the quality of small towns have primarily focused on comprehensive spatial environmental improvement,with less attention given to endogenous development drivers.Taking Zhuxi Town in Dazu District,Chongqing,as an example,this paper explores the path of quality improvement in small towns guided by tourism development.First,it emphasizes the importance of deeply exploring local resource characteristics and development advantages to clarify the positioning of tourism development.Second,it proposes the construction of a tourism spatial system from three scales:regional,town-wide,and urban area.Finally,considering the existing issues in town construction,it suggests integrating tourism attributes into material spatial improvement to form a list of implementable construction projects.
