从设计角度提高屋面防水的耐久性和经济性研究——以四川外国语大学近几年维修实践为例

Research on Enhancing the Durability and Economy of Roof Waterproofing from a Design Perspective:A Case Study of Maintenance Practices at Sichuan International Studies University in Recent Years

房屋建筑工程屋面防水效果的好坏直接影响到房屋建筑工程的验收和使用,从全寿命周期角度看,也影响到其耐久性和经济性。该文以四川外国语大学近几年维修实践为例,从设计角度阐述提高屋面防水耐久性和经济性的技术和管理措施:在房屋建筑工程屋面防水设计中,以全面系统的思维方式,考虑房屋建筑全寿命周期,按照价值工程的理念,根据地域特点,有针对性地对屋面造型、构造层次、防水材料及节点构造等方面进行优化细化设计,以提高屋面防水的耐久性和经济性。

The effectiveness of roof waterproofing in building construction directly impacts the acceptance and usage of the project.From a whole-life cycle perspective,it also affects its durability and economy.Taking the maintenance practices of Sichuan International Studies University in recent years as an example,this paper elaborates on the technical and management measures to enhance the durability and economy of roof waterproofing from a design perspective.In the design of roof waterproofing for building construction,a comprehensive and systematic way of thinking is adopted,considering the whole-life cycle of the building.Following the concept of value engineering and based on regional characteristics,targeted optimization and detailed design are carried out for aspects such as roof modeling,structural layers,waterproof materials,and node structures,with the aim of improving the durability and economy of roof waterproofing.
