HPLC法同时测定安神胶囊中7种成分的含量

摘要 目的建立HPLC法同时测定安神胶囊中斯皮诺素、阿魏酸、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B、五味子甲素、五味子乙素、五味子醇甲的含量。方法分析采用Inertsustain C_(18)色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);流动相甲醇-乙腈-0.2%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长203、270 nm。再进行主成分分析、偏最小二乘判别分析。结果7种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9990),平均加样回收率96.12%~102.70%,RSD 0.31%~1.83%。10批样品按厂家分为2类,峰5(五味子醇甲)、峰4(丹酚酸B)为质量差异标志物。结论该方法简便灵敏,专属性强,重复性好,可用于安神胶囊的质量控制。 AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of spinosin,ferulic acid,rosmarinic acid,salvianolic acid B,schisandrin A,schizandrin B and schisandrol A in Anshen Capsules.METHODS The analysis was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Inertsustain C_(18)column(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),with the mobile phase comprising of methanol-acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 203,270 nm.Subsequently,principal component analysis and partial least squares discriminant analysis were made.RESULTS Seven constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.9990),whose average recoveries were 96.12%-102.70%with the RSDs of 0.31%-1.83%.Ten batches of samples were divided into two categories according to manufacturers,and peaks 5(schisandrol A),4(salvianolic acid B)were quality difference markers.CONCLUSION This simple,sensitive,specific and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Anshen Capsules.
