血液安全监测预警:和合才能得胜利

血液服务是公共卫生的关键一环。血液安全监测预警(Haemovigilance)本质上是流行病学监测在血液安全领域的应用,从创立起30多年来有效地保障了血液服务安全可靠地运转,也积累了一些深层次问题有待突破。随着对血液服务的需求全面快速增长,血液供需矛盾日益突出,对血液安全提出了更高的要求,因此有必要审视这些深层次问题,并对现行的血液安全监测预警系统进行反思和再认知。本文从血液安全监测预警的由来与演进说起,先探讨其在一体化健康视野里的定位与潜力,然后从全新的视角讨论其所面临的主要问题和挑战,包括一些监测局限和认知局限,进而提出应对方法和改进建议。归纳起来,多层次跨学科国内国际合作是战胜挑战的关键。

Blood service is a key node of public health.Haemovigilance is in essence an application of epidemiology surveillance in blood service,and has safeguarded blood service running reliably for over 30 years since the beginning,with a few profound issues outstanding.As the demand of blood service increases rapidly and comprehensively,the gap between blood supply and demand widens calling for better surveillance of blood safety issues.It is therefore necessary to rethink current haemovigilance systems and re-examine the outstanding as well as any hidden issues.Here we start with the origin and evolvement of haemovigilance,depict its proper positions and potentials in the One Health framework,and then from the new viewpoints discuss the major issues and challenges,including limitations in surveillance and perception,and suggest ways forward.We conclude that wide multidisciplinary collaboration at domestic and international levels hold the key to meet the challenges.
