摘要
社会体育指导员在国家全民健身活动中起着重要作用,贵阳作为西部省会城市,其社会体育指导员组织建设具有一定的代表性和典型性。调查发现,贵阳市社会体育指导员存在等级、年龄、能力发展不平衡,社会感知度和工作效率不高,受训时间较短,高质量队伍建设难度大,工作体制机制不完善等困境。建议从以下4个方面纾解其相关困难:一是吸纳社会力量,建立智库,优化社会体育指导员队伍的等级、年龄及专业知识结构;二是借力本地特色体育运动项目和体育产业,提高社会体育指导员的社会知名度;三是完善培训制度,推进社会体育指导员培训数字化平台建设;四是完善社会体育指导员队伍建设管理的顶层设计,创新工作激励机制。
Social sports instructors play an important role in national fitness activities.Guiyang,as the capital city of a western province,has a certain representative and typical organization for social sports instructors.The investigation found that the social sports instructors in Guiyang have some problems,such as unbalanced development of grade,age and ability,low social perception and work efficiency,short training time,difficult construction of high-quality teams,and imperfect working system and mechanism.It is suggested to alleviate the related problems from the following four aspects:first,absorb social forces,establish a think tank,and optimize the grade,age and professional knowledge structure of social sports instructors;Second,it is to make use of local sports and sports industry to improve the social visibility of social sports instructors;Third,improve the training system and promote the construction of digital platform for the training of social sports instructors;Fourth,improve the top-level design of the construction and management of the social sports instructor team and innovate the work incentive mechanism.
