健身指导与管理专业双师协同课程建设研究

摘要 该研究旨在探讨健身指导与管理专业中双师协同课程建设的理论与实践。首先,分析了当前健身行业的现状与人才需求;其次,阐述了双师协同课程建设的必要性;最后,提出了健身指导与管理专业双师协同课程建设实施策略。期望通过双师协同课程建设提升教学质量,促进学生全面发展,并为健身行业培养更多高素质的专业人才。 This study aims to explore the theory and practice of the collaborative course construction in Fitness Guidance and Management major.The paper first analyzes the current situation and talent demand of the fitness industry,and then expounds the necessity of dual teacher collaborative course construction.Finally,the implementation strategy of Fitness Guidance and Management major is put forward.It is designed to improve the quality of teaching,promote the all-round development of students,and cultivate more high-quality professional talents for the fitness industry.
