摘要
针对传统工科知识传授型为主的人才培养模式与社会需求有一定程度的脱节,课程体系设置和课程教学内容没有融合企业的需求,机械类大学生进入职场后职业岗位胜任力严重不足,迫切需要对机械类人才培养模式进行改革。探索提升机械类大学生职业岗位胜任力的培养路径,构建“一线双融、三进四同”的机械人才培养新模式,响应“新工科”建设与应用型转型号召。
in view of the disconnection between the traditional engineering knowledge-imparting-oriented talent training mode and the social demand,the curriculum system and the curriculum teaching content do not meet the needs of enterprises,the vocational post competence of mechanical college students is seriously insufficient after entering the workplace,so it is urgent to reform the training mode of mechanical talents.This paper concisely raises the training path of the vocational post competence of the mechanical college students,and constructs the new training mode of the mechanical talents,“One line,two melts,three enters and four is same”,responding to the call of“NewEngineering”construction and application-oriented transformation.
