摘要
质量位是核电站数字仪控系统的一项重要功能,通过质量位信息判断现场信号的有效性并执行相应的处理逻辑。对于核电站安全级DCS系统来说,除了要监视并控制保护系统工艺参数符合运行要求之外,还要避免因质量位使用不当造成表决功能降级或跳堆的发生。从FirmSys系统的质量位产生、作用原理和应用方面进行梳理和分析,并给出了一些应用方案。
Quality bit is an important function of digital instrument control system of NPP.It can judge the validity of field signal by quality bit information and execute corresponding processing logic.For the safety DCS system of NPP,in addition to monitoring and controlling the process parameters of the protection system to meet the operation requirements,it is necessary to avoid occurrence of voting function degradation or reactor trip due to improper use of quality bit.This paper analyzes the generation,action principle and application of quality bit in FirmSys system,and gives some application schemes.
