摘要
针对串联型线性直流稳压电源中由于输入输出压差过大导致整机效率低下的问题,提出了一种压差调节电路,可在保证调整管工作压降的前提下自动实现对输入电压的分档调节,从而提升整机效率。设计的电路由多绕组工频变压器、绕组切换电路、电压比较器电路和输出电压采样电路构成,在电压比较器电路中引入了正反馈使得电路具有滞回特性,进一步提升了绕组切换的可靠性。通过压差调节,有效减小了调整管的功率耗散,降低了系统对散热单元的要求,提升了电源性价比。经测试,验证了该设计的功能性、稳定性和实用性。
This paper proposes a voltage difference adjustment circuit that can automatically adjust the input voltage in different stages while ensuring the working voltage drop of the adjustment tube,thereby improving the overall efficiency of the machine.The designed circuit consists of a multi winding power frequency transformer,winding switching circuit,voltage comparator circuit,and output voltage sampling circuit.Positive feedback is introduced into the voltage comparator circuit to make the circuit have hysteresis characteristics,further improving the reliability of winding switching.By adjusting the pressure difference,the power dissipation of the adjustment tube is effectively reduced,the system's requirements for heat dissipation units are reduced,and the cost-effectiveness of the power supply is improved.
