Under the guidance of the concept of"three all education",higher agricultural colleges and universities are facing the important task of reforming and optimizing the cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.The article firstly explains the core meaning of the concept of"three all education",all-member,all-process,and all-round-education,and points out the farreaching influence of this concept on innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher agricultural colleges and universities.Subsequently,the article discusses in detail the problems and reform direction of innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation in higher agricultural colleges and universities.It is emphasized that higher agricultural colleges and universities need to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship throughout the whole process of talent cultivation,through reforming the traditional education mode,constructing a curriculum system that is compatible with the development of modern agriculture,strengthening the professionalization and practical construction of the faculty,establishing and perfecting the practical teaching platform,innovating the evaluation and incentive mechanism,as well as actively creating a campus culture that encourages innovation and supports entrepreneurship,so as to effectively enhance the innovation consciousness and entrepreneurial ability of the students'awareness and entrepreneurial ability.Ultimately,the aim of the study is to cultivate high-quality agricultural talents with professionalism as well as innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability,so as to contribute to the country's agricultural modernization and rural revitalization strategy.
