高职院校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育机制研究

高职院校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育工程是按照新时代党的建设总要求,全面贯彻党的教育方针,坚持立德树人,推动全面从严治党向基层延伸的重要保障。为了进一步加强队伍建设,将教师党支部书记队伍建设成为新时代高校党建和业务“双带头”的中流砥柱,可以综合考虑完善党支部书记“双带头人”培育的政策保障,优化“双带头人”党支部书记的培育方式,切实构建“双融”“双促”的培育机制。
