面阵投影增材制造技术自适应分层算法

摘要 增材制造采用“逐层叠加”的原理来成型制件,层厚越小,制件的表面质量越高,成型效率越低。为了调节制件成型效率与表面质量之间矛盾的问题,提出了基于STL制件法矢量的自适应分层算法。该算法先计算出与切面层相交的三角面片的法矢量与制造方向的夹角集,然后对夹角集的均值与最小值进行加权求和,依据加权求和后的角度关系,实现对制件进行自适应调整分层厚度。对同一制件分别采用本文算法及已知的4种算法进行分层,实验结果表明,这里算法能够有效平衡制件表面质量与成型效率之间的关系,较其余4种自适应分层算法,阶梯体积误差小且制件成型时间短。 Additive manufacturing uses the principle of"layer by layer superposition"to form parts.The smaller the thickness of the layer,the higher the surface quality of the parts,and the lower the molding efficiency.In order to adjust the contradiction between forming efficiency and surface quality of parts,an adaptive hierarchical algorithm based on STL parts normal vector was proposed.The algorithm to calculate the intersecting plane layer of triangles in the direction of the normal vector and manufacturing angle set,then the mean of the set angle and the minimum weighted sum,on the basis of the weighted sum after the Angle of the relationship,the adaptive adjustment of compactions layer thickness.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively balance the relationship between the surface quality and the forming efficiency of the parts.Compared with the other four adaptive hierarchical algorithms,the step volume error is smaller and the forming time of the parts is shorter.
