雅可比-旋量在模切机装配公差分析中的应用

摘要 在模切纸品的生产过程中,为了减少或避免不合格品的出现,需对模切机弧切刀具的装配精度进行严格控制,将其刀尖偏移量限定在一定范围内,以保证纸品的切割质量。针对以上几何需求,研究了模切机中各个零部件间存在的连接、接触、配合方式,根据平面和圆柱特征的特点对特征元素进行公差旋量表达,将各旋量纳入雅可比矩阵中构建模切机的装配公差分析模型,并按极值法进行计算分析,得出影响刀尖偏差的敏感环,从而为公差优化提供依据。 In order to reduce or avoid the emergence of unqualified products in the process of die-cutting paper production,the precision of cutting tool on the die-cutting machine need to be strict provisioned,the offset of the tool tip is limited to a certain extent to guarantee the cutting quality.For the above geometric functional requirements,the connection,contact and cooperation between the parts in the die-cutting machine were studied,the tolerance torsor for characteristic element were expressed according to the characteristic of the plane and the cylinder,the assembly tolerance analysis model of die-cutting machine was established by putting the torsor into jacobian matrix for uniform assembly tolerance analysis.The sensitive ring which affects the tool tip deviation is obtained by calculating and analyzing according to the extreme value method,which provides the basis for tolerance optimization.
