膜分离技术在工业废水处理中的应用研究进展

摘要 水资源是人类不可或缺的自然资源之一,快速的工业化进程导致大量工业废水急需处理。膜分离技术因其废水处理效率高、资源能耗小的优势,得到行业内的广泛认可,且应用前景广阔。在当下的废水处理应用中,膜技术主要处理电镀工业废水、含油废水、纸浆废水、印染工业废水和高浓度有机废水等。本文对不同类别的膜技术在工业废水中的应用和优势进行了讨论,从而为降低工业废水处理成本和提高水资源的可持续利用能力提供了理论支持。 Water resource is one of the indispensable natural resources for human beings,and the rapid industrialization process leads to a large quantity of industrial effluents that needs to be treated urgently.Membrane separation technology has been widely recognized in the industry because of its advantages of high wastewater treatment efficiency and low energy consumption,and its application prospect is broad.In the current wastewater treatment application,membrane technology mainly treats electroplating industrial wastewater,oily wastewater,pulp wastewater,printing and dyeing industrial wastewater and high concentration organic wastewater.In this paper,the application and advantages of different kinds of membrane technology in industrial wastewater are discussed,which provides theoretical support for reducing the treatment cost of industrial wastewater and improving the sustainable utilization ability of water resources.
