微波能强化膜材料制备与膜分离过程研究

摘要 本文从微波能强化作用的视角出发,对其在膜材料制备与膜分离过程中的关键作用以及影响进行全面探讨。通过对相关理论知识和研究结果的梳理整合,系统性地剖析了微波能对膜材料制备的实际强化作用,并针对分子筛膜和聚合物膜对微波的制备机理进行分析,然后又从作用机制和具体实验两方面对微波能在膜分离实际应用中的表现进行详细论述,以此来促进膜制备技术的创新发展。 From the perspective of microwave energy enhancement,this paper comprehensively discusses the key role and influence of microwave energy in membrane material preparation and membrane separation process.Through the integration of the relevant theoretical knowledge and research results,the systematic analysis of the microwave energy on the preparation of membrane materials to strengthen the role of the preparation of molecular sieve membranes and polymer membranes on the preparation of microwave mechanism is analyzed,and then from the role of the mechanism and the specific experimental aspects of the performance of microwave energy in the practical application of the membrane separation to discuss in detail,as a way to promote the development of the innovation of the membrane preparation technology.
