本文综合分析了煤矿掘进机械的故障现状和预防维护策略,着重讨论了故障诊断技术的应用和提高机械可用性的关键因素。研究发现,故障多因设备老化、操作不当等原因引起,严重影响煤矿生产效率和工人安全。应用远程监测、数据分析、预测性维护、人工智能和振动分析等先进技术,可有效预防和诊断故障。合理的维护策略、高质量材料和零件使用、精确故障诊断并及时维修是提高机械可用性的关键。文章还讨论了煤矿行业的可持续发展策略,包括环保措施、社会责任和经济效益的平衡,以及政府政策的支持。
This article comprehensively analyzes the current situation of faults and preventive maintenance strategies of coal mine excavation machinery,focusing on the application of fault diagnosis technology and key factors to improve the availability of machinery.Research has found that faults are often caused by equipment aging,improper operation,and other reasons,seriously affecting coal mine production efficiency and worker safety.Advanced technologies such as remote monitoring,data analysis,predictive maintenance,artificial intelligence,and vibration analysis can effectively prevent and diagnose faults.Reasonable maintenance strategies,high-quality material and component usage,precise fault diagnosis,and timely repair are key to improving mechanical availability.The article also discusses sustainable development strategies for the coal mining industry,including balancing environmental protection measures,social responsibility,and economic benefits,as well as government policy support.
