矿井采煤工作面沿空留巷围岩控制技术研究

摘要 为解决山西某矿3号煤层开采作业中,留设区段保护煤柱,易造成煤炭资源严重浪费的问题,基于该矿3号煤层开采工程概况,提出可应用沿空留巷技术来减少煤炭资源浪费量,提高煤炭资源实际回收率的策略。通过进行理论分析,并进行数值模拟试验,得到了最佳的充填体宽度与具体的巷道支护方案,并进行了应用测试,测试结果表明:应用新方案后沿空留巷效果较好,巷道顶板离层量为4 mm,巷道顶底板移近量最大值为137 mm,两帮移近量最大值为100 mm,有效控制了巷道围岩变形,更好的保障了矿井安全生产。 In order to solve the problem of serious waste of coal resources caused by setting up section protection coal pillars during the mining operation of the No.3 coal seam in a certain mine in Shanxi,based on the overview of the mining project of the No.3 coal seam in the mine,a strategy of using goaf retaining roadway technology to reduce coal resource waste and improve the actual recovery rate of coal resources is proposed.Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation experiments,the optimal filling width and specific roadway support scheme were obtained,and application tests were conducted.The test results showed that the new scheme had a good effect on retaining the roadway along the goaf.The separation of the roadway roof was 4 mm,the maximum displacement of the roadway roof and floor was 137 mm,and the maximum displacement of the two sides was 100 mm.This effectively controlled the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock and better ensured the safety production of the mine.
