摘要
奥克托今(101)作为一种高能量炸药,在军事和民用领域中具有重要应用。其生产过程中,乌洛托品的硝化反应是关键步骤之一,存在大量放热导致温度失控的风险。基于上述问题探讨了不同的先进过程控制策略在101硝化反应器温度控制中应用的优势,并进一步分析了硝化反应器温度控制的控制要点,对现有控制策略提出了具体的改进方向。分析结果表明,建立硝化反应过程中的工艺参数与釜内温度的关联模型,并以此为依据采用软测量技术与预测模型控制相结合的控制策略,是实现101硝化反应温度控制的有效解决途径。这种控制策略能够有效降低现有工艺的不确定性和风险,显著提升101生产过程的自动化和智能化水平。
Octogen(101)is a high-energy explosive with significant applications in both military and civilian sectors.The nitration reaction of ulotropine is a key step in the production process,but it carries the risk of excessive heat release leading to uncontrolled temperature.Based on the aforementioned issues,this paper explores the benefits of various advanced process control strategies applied in 101 nitrification reactor temperature regulation.Additionally,it conducts a detailed analysis of the key control points for nitrification reactor temperature management.Specific improvement directions for existing control strategies are also proposed.The analysis results indicate that establishing a correlation model between nitrification reactor parameters and reactor temperature,and utilizing a control strategy combined with soft sensing technology and predictive model control,is an effective approach to achieving temperature control of 101 nitrification reaction.The results demonstrate that establishing a correlation model between nitrification parameters and the internal temperature of the reactor,and further implementing a control strategy that combines soft sensing technology and predictive model control,is an effective approach to achieve temperature control in nitrification reactions.This control strategy has the potential to reduce uncertainty and risk in the existing process,while also significantly enhancing the automation and intelligence level of 101 production processes.
