矿井瞬变电磁法在水平定向井注浆技术效果监测中的应用

摘要 【目的】查明赵庄矿1340工作面底板是否存在岩溶发育区,并研究矿井瞬变电磁法在水平定向井注浆技术效果监测中的应用效果。【方法】采用矿井瞬变电磁法进行工作面底板探测,发现2个视电阻率低阻异常区。针对底板灰岩赋水特性,在低阻异常区设计2个主孔,采用水平定向井注浆技术进行注浆加固,当主孔到达预定位置后再布置定向孔进行注浆。注浆后为监测注浆效果,采用矿井瞬变电磁法对低阻发育区进行二次探测。【结果】通过分析注浆后的数据结果,并与注浆前进行对比发现,低阻发育区视电阻率增大,注浆效果明显。【结论】研究结果表明,矿井瞬变电磁法可以发现视电阻率低阻异常区,并能有效监测水平定向井注浆技术的效果。 [Purposes]This paper aims to find out whether there is a karst development area in the floor of 1340 working face in Zhaozhuang Mine,and to study the application effect of mine transient electromagnetic method in the effect detection of grouting technology in horizontal directional wells.[Methods]The mine transient electromagnetic method was used to detect the floor of the working face,and two low resistivity anomaly areas of apparent resistivity were found.According to the water-bearing characteristics of floor limestone,two main holes are designed in the low-resistance abnormal area,and the horizontal directional well grouting technology is used for grouting reinforcement.When the main hole reaches the predetermined position,the directional hole is arranged for grouting.In order to detect the grouting effect after grouting,the mine transient electromagnetic method was used to carry out secondary observation in the low resistance development area.[Findings]By analyzing the data results after grouting and comparing with those before grouting,the apparent resistivity in the low-resistance development area increased,and the grouting effect was obvious.[Conclusions]The research results show that the mine transient electromagnetic method can find the low resistivity anomaly area of apparent resistivity,and can effectively detect the effect of horizontal directional well grouting technology.
