海南秋季大型重点水库浮游植物群落结构特征研究

摘要 为了解秋季海南大型重点水库浮游植物群落特征,2022年10月于松涛水库、大广坝水库和牛路岭水库采集了11个浮游植物样品,分析研究了浮游植物群落结构特征。松涛水库、大广坝水库、牛路岭水库分别鉴定有浮游植物7门83种(属)、6门88种(属)、6门99种(属),优势种以网状空星藻、赖氏泽丝藻和细鞘丝藻为主;浮游植物丰度范围分别为1.0×10^(6)~2.9×10^(6) cells/L、2.2×10^(7)~2.3×10^(7) cells/L、1.0×10^(5)~8.9×10^(6) cells/L,水库各站位存在明显的差异性。总体上,大型重点水库区的浮游植物种类整体较丰富,生物多样性水平较高,水体生态质量状况整体评价为清洁无污染状态。 To understand the characteristics of phytoplankton communities in major key reservoirs in Hainan during autumn,11 phytoplankton samples were collected from Songtao Reservoir,Daguangba Reservoir,and Niululing Reservoir in October 2022.The study analyzes the community structure characteristics of phytoplankton.The results show that 83 species(genera)from 7 phyla,88 species(genera)from 6 phyla,and 99 species(genera)from 6 phyla are identified in Songtao Reservoir,Daguangba Reservoir,and Niululing Reservoir,respectively.The dominant species are Scenedesmus quadricauda,Spirulina major,and Anabaena flos-aquae.The phytoplankton abundance ranges from 1.0×10^(6)to 2.9×10^(6)cells/L in Songtao Reservoir,2.2×10^(7)to 2.3×10^(7)cells/L in Daguangba Reservoir,and 1.0×10^(5)to 8.9×10^(6)cells/L in Niululing Reservoir,with significant differences observed at different stations within each reservoir.Overall,the phytoplankton species in these major key reservoirs are relatively rich,with high levels of biodiversity,and the overall ecological quality of the water bodies is evaluated as clean and unpolluted.
