气流对大气压纳秒脉冲介质阻挡放电影响的研究

摘要 实验采用线-线式电极结构在大气压下实现纳秒脉冲介质阻挡放电,并研究了气流对放电的影响.通过采集单周期放电图像、电压电流波形和光电流波形对放电进行分析讨论.结果表明:在气隙间距较小时放电以体放电为主,基本表现为流注放电;放电气隙较大时放电以沿面放电为主,电极间距越大放电弥散度越高.在静态空气中可以观察到明显的自组织放电,放电通道间的距离随电极距离的增大而增大.气流对体放电的均匀性影响显著,而对于沿面放电的均匀性影响不大,但是气流能够增大沿面放电的强度. Atmospheric pressure nanosecond pulse dielectric barrier discharge plasma was produced with a wire-to-wire electrode arrangement at atmospheric pressure,and the effect of airflow on the discharge was studied.The discharge is analyzed and discussed by collecting single period discharge image,voltage current waveform and photocurrent waveform.The results show that the discharges present as stream discharge when the discharge gap spacing is relatively small.The discharges present as surface discharge when the discharge gap is large,and the larger the electrode spacing,the higher the discharge dispersion.The self-organized discharge can be observed in still air,and the distance between discharge channels increases with the increase of gap spacing.The effect of air flow on the uniformity of volume discharge is significant,but it has little effect on the uniformity of surface discharge,and it can increase the intensity of surface discharge.
