摘要
为了有效防治中倾斜煤层采空区自燃灾害,利用置入式注浆防灭火技术,在工作面后方平行于工作面布置注浆花管,注浆花管覆盖采空区中上部2/3的区域,在采空区回风侧迈步式布置注浆支管,通过注浆花管在工作面后方30~50 m范围内注浆,注浆支管在工作面后方45~65 m范围内靠近回风侧附近注浆。结果表明,在应用置入式注浆前,1401工作面回风隅角处CO体积分数平均为16.7×10^(-6),应用置入式注浆后,回风隅角处CO体积分数平均为6.5×10^(-6),降低至应用前的38.9%,应用置入式注浆防灭火技术可有效防治采空区自燃灾害。
To effectively prevent and control spontaneous combustion disasters in the goaf of inclined coal seams,embedded grouting fire prevention technology is utilized.Grouting pipes are arranged parallel to the working face behind it,covering two-thirds of the upper part of the goaf area.Grouting branch pipes are laid out in a stepping manner on the return air side of the goaf.Grouting is carried out through the grouting pipes within a range of 30~50 m behind the working face,and through the grouting branch pipes within a range of 45~65 m behind the working face,near the return air side.The results show that before the application of embedded grouting,the average CO concentration at the return air corner of the 1401 working face was 16.7×10^(-6).After applying embedded grouting,the average CO concentration at the return air corner decreased to 6.5×10^(-6),which is 38.9%of the original concentration.The application of embedded grouting fire prevention technology can effectively prevent and control spontaneous combustion disasters in the goaf.
