经腹超声联合经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠的价值分析

Value Analysis of Transabdominal Ultrasonography Combined with Transvaginal Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探讨经腹超声联合经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠(EP)的价值。方法:选取2022年7月至2023年6月本院收治的100例疑似EP患者为对象,接受经腹及经阴道超声。以病理检查为金标准,分析两种检查方式诊断EP的价值。结果:100例怀疑EP患者中,病理检查明确70例(70.00%)为EP。联合检查对EP超声征象的检出率高于经腹超声、经阴道超声(P<0.05)。经腹超声、经阴道超声、联合检查诊断EP的准确度分别为73.00%、86.00%、96.00%。联合检查诊断EP的灵敏度、准确度高于经腹超声及经阴道超声(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道联合经腹超声用于EP诊断,可提高超声征象的检出率及诊断的准确率。

Objective:To investigate the value of transabdominal ultrasonography combined with transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy(EP).Methods:100 patients with suspected EP treated in our hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as subjects and received transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound.Pathological examination was used as the gold standard to analyze the value of two diagnostic methods for EP.Results:Among 100 suspected EP patients,70 cases(70.00%)were confirmed to be EP by pathological examination.The detection rate of EP ultrasound signs by combined examination was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of EP was 73.00%,86.00%and 96.00%by transabdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound and combined examination,respectively.The sensitivity and accuracy of combined examination in the diagnosis of EP were higher than those of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal combined transabdominal ultrasonography can improve the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of EP.
