扎根理论视角下铸牢中华民族共同体意识新疆实践路径研究

A Study on the Path of Building a Strong Sense of Community of the Chinese Nation in Xinjiang from the Perspective of Grounded Theory

铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党的民族工作的主线,也是民族地区各项工作的主线。文本通过对中国知网(CNKI)相关主题的125篇高被引文章进行三级编码,探析铸牢中华民族共同体意识新疆实践路径。铸牢中华民族共同体意识新疆实践需从导向体系、动力体系、协调体系、约束体系、风险体系五个向度构建路径体系。其中,导向体系发挥“指挥棒”和“风向标”作用,动力体系发挥“发动机”作用,协调体系发挥“平衡器”作用,约束体系发挥“防火墙”作用,风险体系发挥“排雷器”作用。在导向体系与动力体系的推拉双力下,以协调体系的“增效”和约束体系的“降耗”对冲新疆铸牢中华民族共同体意识过程中面临的风险,构建系统化的长效机制和优化路径,有形有感有效推进铸牢中华民族共同体意识新疆实践,在中国式现代化进程中更好建设美丽新疆。

To build a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation is the main line of the Party’s ethnic work,as well as the essential work in Xinjiang.This article explores the path of strengthening the awareness of the Chinese national community in Xinjiang through three-level coding of 125 highly cited articles on CNKI.The results indicates that we should construct the path to enhance the sense of community of the Chinese nation from five aspects:guidance system,dynamic system,coordination system,constraint system and risk system.The guidance system acts as the baton and vane,the dynamic system as the engine,the coordination system as the balancer,the constraint system as thefirewall,and the risk system as the paravane.Under the dual forces of the guidance system and the dynamic system,the“efficiency increase”of the coordination system and the“consumption reduction”of the restraint system hedge the expected risk system that building a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation will face in the future,and form a systematic long-term mechanism and optimization path,thus effectively promoting the practice of building the sense of Chinese national community in Xinjiang,and building it into a better place in the course of Chinese modernization.
