严肃游戏在戒烟干预中的应用研究进展

烟草烟雾中含有上千种化学成分,涉及几十种危害人体健康的致癌物质。吸烟不仅会导致自身成瘾,损害自身呼吸系统以及神经发育,还会对被迫吸入二手烟的人群产生不良影响。因此,针对我国吸烟人数逾3亿的现状而言,寻找可行性措施以促使个体有效戒烟,降低吸烟给个体带来的健康危害,是建设“无烟中国”道路上亟须解决的重要难题。严肃游戏作为一种以教育为目的的新型干预方式,已被证明具有良好的干预效果。本文将通过研究国内外严肃游戏在戒烟干预中的应用进展,分析严肃游戏干预戒烟的形式、理论和机制等,探讨其在戒烟干预领域的应用价值与困难,为提出更具针对性的研究设计提供理论参考。

Tobacco smoke contains thousands of chemical components and involves dozens of carcinogens that threaten human health.Smoking not only contributes to self-addiction and damages human respiratory system and neurological development,but also has adverse effects on people who are forced to inhale second-hand smoke.For China,which has more than 300 million smokers,finding feasible measures to effectively quit smoking and reduce the diseases caused by smoking is an important issue that needs to be solved on the road to building a"Smoke-free China".As a new type of intervention for education,serious games have been proved to have good intervention effects.This paper will study the application progress of serious games in smoking cessation intervention at home and abroad,analyze the forms,theories and mechanisms of serious games in smoking cessation intervention,explore its application value and difficulties in the field of smoking cessation intervention,and provide theoretical reference for proposing more targeted research design.
