近5年中医治疗儿童化脓性扁桃体炎的研究进展

Research progress of Chinese medicine in treating purulent tonsillitis in children in the last 5 years

查阅近5年中医治疗儿童化脓性扁桃体炎的相关文献,从病因病机、辨证论治、分期论治等方面进行了总结。究其病因多与外感之火、食积之火、湿热之火、阴虚之火等有关,治法各具特点,临床疗效显著。指出今后需要加大大样本、随机、双盲、多中心的临床研究,以寻求更为标准化、规范化的诊疗指南,科学指导临床治疗。

We reviewed the literature related to the treatment of purulent tonsillitis in children by traditional Chinese medicine in the past 5 years,and summarized it from the aspects of etiology,diagnosis and treatment,and staging.The etiology of the disease was mostly related to the fire of exogenous infection,the fire of food accumulation,the fire of dampness-heat,the fire of yin deficiency,etc.,and the treatments were characterized by their own features,with remarkable clinical efficacy.It is pointed out that it is necessary to increase the large-sample,randomized,double-blind,multi-center clinical research in the future,in order to seek for a more standardized diagnosis and treatment guidelines,and to guide the clinical treatment scientifically.
