适应“档志融合”发展新形势 培养中国式现代化档案方志工作者——档案学专业引入方志学相关课程改革探析

Adapting to the New Situation of"Fusion of Archives and Local Chronicles"to Cultivate Chinese-style Modern Archives and Local Chronicle Workers--Exploration and Analysis of the Reform of Introducing Local Chronicle Curricula into Archival Science

档案与地方志工作融合发展是全国档案系统机构改革的一大特色,两者皆关乎历史延续、文化传承,关乎当前建设、未来发展。但在具体实践中存在档案工作与方志工作专业性较强,难以在短时间内融会贯通的问题,亟需一批兼具档案学与方志学背景的专业人才。因此,档案学专业课程体系应随“档志融合”发展需要而做出调整,在专业课程体系内引入方志学类、档案学类、历史学类等课程,以期培养出一批尊重历史、重视史料、兼具档案学与方志学理论和工作能力的中国式现代化档案方志工作者。

The integrated development of archives and local Chronicles is a major feature of the institutional reform of the national archival system,both of which are related to historical continuity and cultural inheritance,as well as current construction and future development.However,in practice,there are problems that archival work and local Chronicle work are so highly professional that it is difficult to integrate them in a short time,so a group of professionals with both archives and local chronicle backgrounds are urgently needed.Therefore,the curriculum system of archival science should be adjusted according to the development needs for"fusion of archives and local chronicles",and courses of local Chronicles,archives and history should be introduced into the professional curriculum system,in order to cultivate a group of Chinese-style modern archives and local chronicle workers who respect history,attach importance to historical materials,and have both the theory and working ability of archival science and local Chronicles.
