参与式高校档案资源整合平台应用研究——以中国海洋大学为例

Application Research of Participatory College Archival Resources Integration Platform--Taking Ocean University of China as an Example

为践行协同参与理念,延伸档案记忆空间,中国海洋大学架构了支持多元协同、多模态档案信息集成的参与式高校档案资源整合平台,开展了面向多元群体的海大记忆协同建构、触发实践。平台应用可助力广角海大记忆建构、实现学生群体档案参与权下沉、常态化档案记忆再生产多单位联动模式、推动协同参与工作理念从“自在”走向“自觉”,进而重塑新的档案职业认同。

In order to practice the concept of collaborative participation and extend the archival memory space,Ocean University of China has built a participatory platform for archival resources integration in colleges and universities,which supports multivariate collaboration and multi-modal archival information integration.The practice of coordinated construction and triggering of Ocean University of China memory for multiple groups has been carried out.The application of the platform can facilitate the construction of wide-angle Ocean University of China memory,realize the sink of the right to participate in archives of student groups and multi-unit linkage mode of normalized archives memory reproduction,promote the concept of collaborative participation from"self-existence"to"self-consciousness",and then shape a new archival professional identity.
