“双高”背景下职业教育教师创新团队建设路径研究——以昆明冶金高等专科学校创新团队建设为例

摘要 随着国家“双高”计划的实施,国家对职业教育发展提出了高质量高水平发展新要求,把教师队伍建设作为基础性工作,明确提出“要分专业建设一批国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队”。教师创新团队作为提升师资队伍建设的重要举措,在队伍结构、建设目标和建设评价体系等方面还存在一些问题。通过分析云南省职业院校开展创新团队建设的情况,对团队建设提出对策建议;同时,聚焦昆明冶金高等专科学校创新团队建设,探讨团队建设的共性问题,提出职业教育教师创新团队的有效建设路径,为实现云南省创新团队高质量建设和发展提供借鉴。 With the implementation of the national“High-Level Higher Vocational Colleges”plan,the state has put forward new requirements for the development of vocational education with high quality and high standards.The construction of a highly qualified teacher team is emphasized as fundamental work,and it is explicitly proposed to establish“a group of specialized national vocational education teacher teaching innovation teams”.As an important measure to improve the construction of teaching team,there are still some problems in the structure of the team,construction objectives and construction evaluation system.Based on the situation of teaching innovation team in vocational education in Yunnan Province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for team building.At the same time,focusing on the construction of innovation team in Kunming Metallurgy College,the common problems of team construction have been discussed,and the effective construction path of teaching innovation team in vocational education is proposed to provide reference for the realization of high-quality construction and development of innovation team in Yunnan Province.
