“双高”建设背景下高职院校“双师型”教师胜任力提升策略研究

摘要 国家“双高计划”的实施对职业教育高质量发展提出了新要求,同时指明了高等职业教育高质量内涵发展的方向。打造高水平双师队伍是实现高等职业教育高质量发展的前提。对“双高”建设背景下高职院校“双师型”教师胜任力现状进行解读,并对目前高职院校师资队伍建设中存在的问题现状进行归纳分析。基于“双高”建设背景,挖掘“双师型”教师内涵,构建“双师型”教师胜任力模型。通过比照师资队伍建设现状和“双师型”教师胜任力模型中提出的特征内涵,提出“双师型”教师胜任力提升的路径,为“双师型”教师队伍建设可持续发展提供借鉴。 The implementation of the national“High-Level Higher Vocational Colleges”puts forward new requirements for the high-quality development of vocational education,and points out the direction of the high-quality development of connotation of higher vocational education.Creating a high-level team of“Double-qualified”teacher is the premise of achieving the high-quality development of higher vocational education.This paper interprets the current situation of the competency of“Double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges under the background of“High-Level Higher Vocational Colleges”construction,and summarizes and analyzes the current problems in the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.Based on the background of“High-Level Higher Vocational Colleges”construction,the connotation of“Double-qualified”teachers will be excavated,and the competency model of“Double-qualified”teachers will be constructed.By comparing the current situation of the construction of teaching staff and the connotation proposed in the competency model of“Double-qualified”teachers,the path of improving the competency of“Double-qualified”teachers is put forward,which provides reference for the sustainable development of the construction of“Double-qualified”teachers.
