新时代高校劳动育人效果评价

摘要 劳动教育是党对新时代教育的新要求,是高校教育教学的重要目标任务。在阐释新时代高校劳动育人的意义和现状基础上,从育人成效、教研效果、社会评价3个方面通过12个指标构建了新时代高校劳动育人效果评价体系。并以高职院校为例,基于问卷调查和统计分析,对高职院校劳动育人效果进行了评价,提出了高职院校劳动育人的改进建议。 Labor education represents the Party s new requirements for education in the new era,and constitutes an important goal and task within college education and teaching.Based on the interpretation of the significance and current status of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era,this paper constructs the evaluation system of labor education effectiveness in colleges and universities in the new era through 12 indicators from 3 aspects:education effectiveness,teaching and research effectiveness,and social evaluation.Taking higher vocational colleges as an example,based on questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,the paper evaluates the effectiveness of labor education in higher vocational colleges and proposes improvement suggestions for labor education in higher vocational colleges.
