高职院校家庭经济困难学生就业困境与解决方法——以国内部分高职院校家庭经济困难学生为例

The Employment Dilemma and Solutions for Students from Poor Families in Higher Vocational Colleges:Taking Students from Poor Families in Some Domestic Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example

就业是民生之本,就业对大学生自身和社会都有重要意义。高职院校中家庭经济困难的学生在就业上存在许多困难。为了解并解决相关问题,对国内部分高职院校学生进行了问卷调查,分析结果后发现,高职院校家庭经济困难学生的就业困境主要表现在就业观念、职业规划等方面。为了促进高职院校家庭经济困难学生的就业,从加强职业规划、畅通职业信息网络和加强思想道德教育3个方面提出建议。

Employment is the foundation of people s livelihood,and the employment of college students is of great significance to themselves and society.Students facing financial difficulties in higher vocational colleges encounter many difficulties in employment.In order to comprehend and solve the related problems,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey of students in some domestic higher vocational colleges.Upon analysis,it was found that the employment hurdles of students with financial difficulties in higher vocational colleges were mainly manifested in employment concepts,career planning and so on.In order to foster the employment of students from poor families in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some suggestions,including bolstering career planning,facilitating access to occupational information networks and reinforcing moral and ethical education.
