This article summarizes the competition,physical fitness,technical and tactical characteristics of Paralympic Ice Hockey through field investigation and reading a large number of relevant documents,and then studies the key issues of its technical and tactical training,in order to provide theoretical reference for Paralympic Ice Hockey technical and tactical training,and improve the abilities of Paralympic ice hockey players.Research shows that:Paralympic Ice Hockey skills and tactics training should be combined with special physical training;According to the characteristics of Paralympic Ice Hockey skills and tactics and sports training methods,choose the correct training method;Strengthen Paralympic Ice Hockey training of key techniques and combined techniques;Focus on cultivating comprehensive tactical capabilities and unique tactical styles;Paralympic Ice Hockey players have different training focuses in different positions.
