微课在高职体能体育课程教学中的应用研究

摘要 随着信息技术的快速发展,微课作为一种新兴的教学方式,在高等职业教育中的应用日益受到关注。该文旨在探讨微课在高职体能体育课程中的应用及其效果。通过现状调查,揭示了微课在高职体育教学中的应用情况、存在问题及学生的反馈与需求。在实践论证部分,详细阐述了微课教学设计、制作技术及教学实践案例,并对教学效果进行了定量与定性评估,包括学生学习兴趣的提升与体能水平的提高情况。基于研究结果,该文提出了优化微课内容设计、加强技术培训、完善评价机制等应用策略建议,以期促进微课在高职体能体育课程中得到更广泛的应用,推动教育信息化的发展。 With the rapid development of information technology,micro-lectures,as an emerging teaching method,are increasingly receiving attention for their application in higher vocational education.This paper explores the application and effect of micro-lectures in this course.First,it analyzes the definition and characteristics of microlectures,as well as the characteristics and teaching needs of physical fitness and PE courses in higher vocational colleges,demonstrating the applicability of micro-lectures in this course.The current situation survey shows the application of micro-lectures in PE teaching in higher vocational colleges,existing problems,student feedback and demand.The practical demonstration part elaborates on the micro-lecture teaching design,production technology and teaching practice cases,evaluates the teaching effect,including the improvement of students'interest and physical fitness level.It is recommended to optimize the design of micro-lecture content,strengthen technical training,improve the evaluation mechanism,promote the wider application of micro-lectures in physical fitness and PE courses in higher vocational colleges,and promote the development of education informatization.
