As an important carrier of Chinese culture,the traditional ethnic sports can effectively enhance the international influence of Chinese culture and promote the inheritance and development of Chinese culture through diversified dissemination paths.In order to explore the path and effect of traditional ethnic sports in helping the dissemination of Chinese culture.This paper uses the literature method and other research methods to analyze the unique value of national traditional sports in helping the dissemination of Chinese culture,and puts forward the implementation path of traditional ethnic sports in helping the dissemination of Chinese culture,aiming to effectively promote the extensive dissemination and in-depth development of China's excellent culture.
