我国退役篮球运动员职业转换影响研究

Study on the Impact of Career Transition of Retired Basketball Players in China

通过文献综述、逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国退役篮球运动员在职业转换中所面临的困境及可行路径展开探讨。研究结果表明,在体育与教育融合的大背景下,我国退役篮球运动员在职业转换过程中存在一系列问题,例如受金牌至上思维的影响、专业文化知识匮乏、学历水平不高、相关政策实施滞缓、牵涉的部门繁多以及个体运动员自身问题等。加快我国退役篮球运动员职业转换对策的落实,是实现党的二十大报告中建设体育强国、文化强国目标的必要途径。该研究指出,提高退役篮球运动员的综合素质和培训质量、开展有针对性的职业培训计划、健全退役篮球运动员社会保障制度体系,对促进他们的职业转换具有重要意义。

Through literature review,logic analysis and other research methods,this paper probes into the dilemma and feasible path of retired basketball players in their career transition in China.The results show that under the background of the integration of sports and education,there are a series of problems in the career transformation of retired basketball players in China,such as the influence of"gold medal first"thinking,lack of professional cultural knowledge,low educational level,slow implementation of relevant policies,numerous departments involved and individual athletes'own problems,etc.Accelerating the implementation of the countermeasures of career transformation of retired basketball players in China is the necessary way to implement the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and build a sports power and cultural power.This study points out that improving the comprehensive quality and training of retired basketball players,carrying out targeted vocational training programs and perfecting the social security system of retired basketball players are of great significance to promote their career transformation.
