职业教育科教融汇:内涵价值、现实困境与推进策略

摘要 科教融汇是党的二十大报告提出的新表述,是新时代职业教育改革一个新的重大命题,是现代职业教育体系建设改革的新方向。基于科教关系发展的历史经纬,科教融汇具有深刻的内涵要义和重要的时代价值。当前,在职业教育科教融汇实践中存在着教师科研积极性不高、科研与教学融合育人不够、科研团队建设不足等现实困境。因此,新时代推进职业教育科教融汇,应从明确职业教育科研定位、融合产科教资源、改革人才培养方式等方面综合施策,从而实现职业教育高质量发展。 The integration of science and education is a new expression put forward in the report of the 20th Na⁃tional Congress of the Communist Party of China.It is a new major proposition for the reform of vocational educa⁃tion in the new era,and a new direction for the construction and reform of a contemporary vocational education system.Based on the historical development of the relationship between science and education,the integration of science and education has profound connotations and important contemporary value.At present,in the practice of the integration of science and education in vocational education,there are realistic difficulties such as low enthusi⁃asm of teachers for scientific research,insufficient integration of scientific research and teaching,and insufficient construction of scientific research teams.Therefore,in the new era,to promote the integration of science and edu⁃cation in vocational education,comprehensive measures should be taken from the aspects of clarifying the orienta⁃tion of scientific research in vocational education,integrating industrial,scientific and educational resources,and reforming talent training methods,so as to achieve high-quality development of vocational education.
