市域产教联合体的内涵特征及推进策略——以宁波为例

摘要 近年来,宁波以建设国家产教融合试点城市为契机,先行先试,率先启动市域产教联合体建设。建设统筹“政行企校”深度参与职业教育改革,破解产教融合范围窄、程度浅、稳定性差等“卡脖子”问题,促进教育和产业融合发展,现已基本形成政府主导、行业指导、校企融合、社会参与、多主体协同育人的新格局,对促进经济社会高质量发展、深化职业院校产教融合、助力学生全面发展有着重要的意义。 In recent years,taking the construction of a national pilot city for the integration of industry and educa⁃tion as an opportunity,Ningbo has taken the lead in initiating the construction of city-level industry-education in⁃tegration organizations,coordinating the deep participation of“government,administration,enterprises,and schools”in vocational education reform,solving the“bottleneck”problems of narrow scope,shallow degree,and poor stability of industry-education integration,promoting the integrated development of education and industry,and has basically formed a new pattern led by the government and guided by the industry,based on schoolenterprise integration,social participation,and multi-subject collaborative education,which is of great signifi⁃cance for promoting high-quality economic and social development,deepening the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges,and assisting students in their comprehensive development.
