新工科视域下应用型院校的工程伦理教育

摘要 明确新工科、应用型本科院校与工程伦理教育的关系及内涵,有利于应用型人才在未来的工作中增强风险感和防范能力,有利于工程实践主体强化问题意识和责任意识。南京工程学院在加强新工科建设的过程中,高度重视工程伦理教育,通过高效率的资源整合、工程伦理教育贯穿部分本科专业教育全程、优势专业先行一步、加强高水平师资队伍建设等务实举措,提升工程伦理教育的质量与成效,具有一定的借鉴意义。 Clarifying the relationship between new engineering disciplines,applied undergraduate institutions,and engineering ethics education,as well as their connotations is conducive to enhancing the sense of risk and prevention ability of applied talents and strengthening the problem awareness and responsibility awareness of en⁃gineering practice subjects in future work.In the process of strengthening the construction of new engineering dis⁃ciplines,Nanjing Institute of Technology attaches great importance to engineering ethics education.Through effi⁃cient resource integration,engineering ethics education runs through the entire undergraduate professional educa⁃tion process,advantageous majors take the lead,and strengthen the construction of high-level teaching staff,prac⁃tical measures are taken to improve the quality and effectiveness of engineering ethics education,which has cer⁃tain reference significance.
