乡村振兴背景下三产有效融合的特色乡村综合发展模式研究——以湖南万樟集团为例

我国企业在推进行业扶贫、扶贫开发等领域,积累了丰富的宝贵经验。根据我国企业实施三产融合发展方式的经验与规则与乡村振兴的发展,发现两者之间需要相互适应,在实践中发现存在的问题和不足,并制订相应的对策,使三产融合与乡村振兴有机地融合起来。研究这种新型的发展方式,有助于实现以产业脱贫带动农户增收,促进乡村振兴。基于湖南万樟公司对于扶贫、乡村振兴等方面的深刻认识,并对其在乡村振兴中的导向功能,研究立足于扶贫与乡村振兴的现实需要,构建一套企业带动脱贫户增收、乡村振兴的理论框架,并对企业对精准扶贫、防止返贫、乡村振兴的路径与效果进行归纳。这对于推进的相关理论与实践有着重要的参考价值。

China's enterprises have accumulated rich and valuable experience in promoting industrial poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation and development.Based on the experience and rules of China's enterprises in implementing the integrated development method of tertiary industries and the development of rural revitalization,we find that the two need to adapt to each other,discover existing problems and deficiencies in practice,and formulate corresponding countermeasures to integrate tertiary industries and rural revitalization organically integrate.Studying this new development method will help achieve industrial poverty alleviation to increase farmers'income and promote rural revitalization.Based on Hunan Wanzhang Company's deep understanding of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and its guiding function in rural revitalization,this research is based on the practical needs of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and builds a set of enterprises to increase the income of households lifted out of poverty and rural revitalization.The theoretical framework for revitalization,and summarizes the paths and effects of enterprises on targeted poverty alleviation,prevention of return to poverty,and rural revitalization.This has important reference value for advancing relevant theories and practices.
